Latchaya graduated from Thammasat University, Thailand in 2012 with a Second Class Honors degree in Law. While studying at she had actively participated in many extracurricular activities such as organizing the young lawyer camp which is held for developing legal knowledge of rural people, joining the AIESEC which is an international nonprofit organization that provides student with leadership training and internship opportunities. She also spent her summer vacation as a trainee at State Attorney office in the third year of her study.

After graduation, she successfully passed an examination from the Lawyers Council of Thailand and earned a Lawyer's license for court proceedings in 2012. Latchaya furthered her legal study with the Thai Bar Association. She successfully completed her Barrister-at-Law from the Institute of Legal Education of the Thai Bar Association in class of 47 in 2013 within one year.

Globalization has resulted in the unification of the ASEAN countries in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which will encourage and support economic and other transactions among the member countries. The increase in international business, disputes or inequalities of economic power may occur among the countries. She, then further her legal knowledge to study LLM in international commercial law at UCL (University College London) and graduated in 2015 with Merit.
